    today is the first day of week 5, and as of yesterday am i was down 10 lbs.
    i feel like i have lost a lot more though, as the pictures (can post later) are showing a pretty noticeable weight loss.

    the scale has slowed WAY down though, only 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks.

    i have been running the past 3 weeks, 3 days a week and also doing my wii fit so i suppose that the muscle being built could be slowing the weight loss.. is that right? or am i just making excuses to make myself feel better. lol

    i'm eating clean, about 20-25 carbs a day (of veggies) and drinking a crap load of water.
    F 28years 5'7" HW 212/SW206.6/CW185/GW160
    Atkins start date: January 25, 2010
    1st goal: 200 - Met January 29, 2010
    2nd goal: 190 - Met March 26, 2010
    3rd goal: 180
    4th goal: 170
    GOAL 160!!!

    the experts will be here soon.. lol.. to tell you what you're doing right.. or wrong...

    I'm just here to say congrats on the 10 pound loss.. and WHEN I lose at least 10 pounds a month.. that will mean I can be at my goal by... the first of September... adn while my DREAM is to do it much faster.... reaslistically.. 10 a month would be great too....

          Congratulations! The toughest thing to explain to people about this WOE is the fact that your weight can stay the same for a week but your body will shed size/inches. I know personally that is how my weight loss went. I would lose poundage rapidly for a week or two then it would stall for a week or two, but my size kept shrinking at the same pace throughout the process.

            i'm making myself be patient and not stress.
            i do have to say that i'm loving that all my clothes are getting too big for me!!

            how long did it take you to get to your goal 2bme?
