Well done on your weight loss. I feel embarrassed now, with all my mini goals in my signature! But I love hearing success stories like yours, it keeps me motivated and makes me appreciate Atkins all the more.....I'm gonna rep you too....

Thank you so much Kitty....do NOT feel embarassed about your mini goals...it's one of things that keeps us motivated...I have so much weight to lose, that I have to look at the everyday things to keep me going...Like a change in my ring size....or getting into a smaller size....or walking from the parking lot to the store, without needing oxygen to breathe..oh trust me I have number goals too, but when I don't reach them in a certain time, I become angry and have self doubts. Good luck to you and congrats on your weight loss too!!!
