  • I'm here once again

    Last year I followed Atkins and lost 50 lbs. I looked great and felt great, but somehow I ended up gaining all the weight back. :yikes I know exactly what went wrong and I take full responsibility. I just thought I'd never be in this position again! So here I am a year later, starting from scratch. ha

    With the support and motivation you find here, you will succeed.

    You know the plan works. You say you know what went wrong, now make sure you don't make that mistake again.

          Welcome back to Atkins, I'm sure you'll be doing everything right this time! Good for you for dusting yourself off and doing it again!

          Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
          Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
          First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
          Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!
