started the atkins eating plan 4 weeks ago
and feel great
but im not loseing weight
so im still on the introduction phase
gave up caffine.......and carbs.........
but on the positive side its helped with other factors ive had for years
ok typical day
gallons of water
3 eggs scrambled .2 slices of bacon
tea
lettuce
mayo
either 4 slices of bacon
or big slice of frying steak
snacks
lettuce and mayo
am i doing it wrong
any words of advice would be welcome
ps i work shifts so i tend to eat at funny hours
