            Dear Rooster,

            One thing though, is your chicken feed is no longer appropriate on this diet I'm afraid! So you have to switch to becoming a carnivore! lol

                      Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.

                                Jimmie 48, Roosterman! sounds like an english name from the old country sorta like "Bitterman" from the movie "Arthur" LOL. I am a wild "Scottsman' though. I got some chickens for my kids as pets and I gathered a few roosters too...one in particular was a Silver Spangled Spitzhauben, they are fighters which I don't condone! his name was Mr.Peepers and was he ever the best pet I ever had in my whole life....followed me everywhere I went. He napped with me every morning at 10 am in my arms. He was greedy, he demanded more than one girlfriend. haha. The Florida Osprey's took them all. I was soo saddened.

                                Richt, nice job dude! motivates me... I weighed in this morning at 239! form 252. Mon. will be 14 days. I feel I can go further with induction.
