  • Newbie (again)

Here I am again...I've been on the Atkins since Jan.'05, just not consistantly. But I'm ready to do better and be determined. I have rally missed the "Board". I need encouragement from all of ya'll. Thanks...

Welcome back. We have lots of encouragement and support here. Whatever you're having problems with, you can be sure that we've also had to conquer the same things.

Check out the forums for information and advice, do the exercise challenges, join bootcamp and make sure you are doing the WOE by the book. Best wishes and keep us posted on your success!!

      Welcome back.

Its good to see you back. I think you will find it easier this time as I am sure you will not make the same mistake as you did last time. You know what they say, "you learn from your mistakes".....

      Good luck.

          Re: Newbie (again)

Welcome back cs, and you have definately found the right place for motivation and support. The next bootcamp will be announced on the board, and they will ask for applicants at that time. Just keep a look out! In the mean time, get your book DANDR out and start reading to refresh your memory, and you might consider joining the Second Time Around thread, and for exercise, 6WEC (6 weeks exercise challenge). Lotsa good friendly competition here! Looking forward to reading about your successess!
