Re: November Newbies
what does it mean to be a "supporting" member? If I had to guess, I'd say it was someone who is supporting other members... but isn't that what we are all doing?? So really, what is it "officially"??
I was also a "cheater" when I did Atkins the last time and still managed to lose the weight. But maybe that "cheating" was the reason why I didn't stay on Atkins OWL once I reached my goal weight... I learned my lesson! I swear ! I learned it! (okay, maybe not so good - since I still cheated on Thanksgiving) I think the main contributor to me not staying on OWL was that I met my husband (who's mother is an italian woman who cooks GREAT!) and I began eating with him and his family quite often... mainly pasta! It was so good - and I liked him so much I didn't want to offend him or his family by turning down the food they offered. (and it was so good! did I say that already?)
Okay, just one more thing... can anyone tell me about this Boot Camp thingy? What's involved? And once you decide to do it (and are accepted) do you get a more lengthy description of what exactly is expected of you?
sorry to make this post so long! I'll sign off now!

p.s. don't you just love it when people have conversations with themselves in their posts! I promise I'm not crazy! LOL
