    Hi all,
my name is Wendy and I started on the induction today. I did the body for life program about 5 years ago. Kept the weight off for 2 years and then over the course of 2 and half slowly put on about 10 lbs. Then I went on medication in August and gained another 10 lbs. Now I am ready to get rid of the 20. Tried to get back on BFL , but it is hard to stick to now, the free day throws me totally off and I think I am a carb addict so here I am! I am still lifting and working out but I think this is what I need to get me back on track. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
