Greetings to all.This is my first go-round on Atkins and after lurking about this community for a few weeks, I feel I'm ready to commit. I am currently at 228 lbs. with a goal of 150 lbs. on my 5'5 frame.
I'm planning on using coolrunning.com's Couch-to-5k Running Plan (http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml) and I was wondering if anyone had used it, and, if so, what they thought about it.
