  • Introducing myself

Hello everyone, I join this website in 2004 while trying a diet for the first time. In 3 months I lost 47 pounds. I maintained my weight and now decided that I want to lose 30 more pounds, which would put me in a healthy weight range for my height. I know that that I need to stay focus and strictly follow the Atkins diet to get the results I got before. This website site really helped me stay forcus.
