    Hi Im new to this type of forum but not new to Atkins.
    My story is much like others - been near my goal then back up again.
    My intentions are to get down and stay down this time.

    Welcome Pete to ADBB! Learning to the long term success and not being one of the statistics (you know the 9 out of 10 dieters who regain) is so key. I wish you the best, and glad you joined our little low carb Atkins niche of the web.

      Hi pete,

      Welcome back to this way of eating.

      I believe maintenance is the most important thing, mor eimportant than loosing.

      Here's me saying this and I have never been at goal weight in my whole life! But I have gone up and down, and ultimately larger because of the yo-yo.

      That's why I wasn't going to start another diet until I could maintain. Then I found Atkins. Heck, I like this food so much I don't think it could be a problem!

        Welcome to ADBB and back to atkins. Check out our exercise challenges for some help with that part of your Atkins.

              i would suggest u to start journaling from the very beggining it keeps u motivated and makes u stick around
              Btw what are your stats?HW?CW?GW?

                            Awesome weight loss- I was roaming around the site and saw your pictures of the wedding for your brother ect. - You will get there ! You are correct maintance is much more important well harder at least !
