    That's a good idea Analog.

    Also, you might try some various isometric exercises that can be done seated. Also, hand weights to work out your shoulders and arms.

    It would be a place to start while your ankles heal.

            Thanks guys! Labarum, your pics certainly inspire me because I look just about like your 260# pic there and your 205# is my goal so it gives me an idea what I can look like in the belly again.

            I noticed this morning I had NO joint pain for the first time in a long time. I directly attibute that to the increased water intake! Other than a sinus headache from our sandstorm day before yesterday, I feel pretty decent here on Day 2. Maybe I do need to do one of those journal threads.

            Oh I also found out about the workout thing at the hospital. I CAN get it and it's relatively cheap, but there is a process to go through to get in there, so I am going to work on getting in on that.
