Hi I'm new to this - and just finished my first week. I felt like I did it clean - but I'm prettty upset because I didn't lose any weight. When I got on the scale a few days ago I had lost 4 lbs. - now it says nothing. Anyone have this experience? My biggest question is what are the portion sizes supposed to be? That might be where I'm messing up. If someone could direct me where to look in the book or website - I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
I am excited about this lifestyle because I really believe it makes sense.
I guess I'm supposed to be introducing myself...I am an artist and have a great husband and grandson (4) - kids don't count anymore! Look forward to knowing you all!
