Hey, I'm Kate, 17 from London, England!
I've been doing the induction diet for aweek now, I started last Monday, and have been finding it really difficult - I love bread, pasta and potatoes- before that was all my diet consisted of! So I was just wondering, what do you guys actually eat? Because I've been living off cheese and eggs, which can't be that good for you because I've read you're only meant to eat eggs twice a week!
I'm hoping to loose about about 1 1/2 stone by the 2nd march (my 18th birthday!) which I know isn't gonna happen,but I still wanna think it anyway! I've lost four pounds in the last week
so if we go by 3 or 4 pounds every week until then it means I should loose around a stone. (But I'm not too good at maths so I could be wrong)
So...hey! And good luck to everyone loosing weight too!
Any words of encouragement would be great!!
