    Hello,

    all is going well...Im still really tired in the afternoon and sleep for about a hour... . Today will be a test as im at work...I have packed my lunch which is a tuna and salad and snacks of celery 3 strips of pepper and some cheese and a chicken wing...dinner tonite will be a fish chowder...I have lost 1/2 a stone but i am assuming that is water..!!

    also someone mentioned on another thread to eat more high carb veggies as im only averaging 12-15 a day...?? what veg are higher in carbs ???

    For a good induction and to get to ketosis faster, you should be eating 20 grams of carbs or less. You seem to be right on track for 3 days. KUTGW!

      So 14 day induction I dont have to be on the 20 carbs per day ?? it is ok to be less...??

        Ideally you would be close to 20, which helps maintain metabolism, but being 15 or so isn't a bad thing. 20 grams is an upper limit for induction. I strive for 15-20 per day. Are you using fitday? It helps, especially at first, to find hidden carbs.

            Hi Chelsea,
            I am in Uk too, using fitday on a daily basis, works just great!
            I was wondering why don't you start a journal to post all your day-intake and receive advice and support.....you don't want to carry on posting your journey here till 100th day do you?
