all is going well...Im still really tired in the afternoon and sleep for about a hour...
. Today will be a test as im at work...I have packed my lunch which is a tuna and salad and snacks of celery 3 strips of pepper and some cheese and a chicken wing...dinner tonite will be a fish chowder...I have lost 1/2 a stone but i am assuming that is water..!!
also someone mentioned on another thread to eat more high carb veggies as im only averaging 12-15 a day...?? what veg are higher in carbs ???
