I think so ! I haven't got the book yet - so far just found through web research that it is unlimited protein and 20 carbs - but I think I need to get the book or find some place that lists what is what.
Welcome to ADBB Boogra!! Hope you can get a copy of the DANDR book as it is soo informative! You will get more information obviously from that book, then anywhere else. He explains the Atkins way of eating so well, so you will understand it fully and it will make sense to you!
Its been great i am in extended induction and have lost 15 lbs since Jan 19th.
It could be more i weigh myself at work on tuesdays. I work in a animal hospital so i weigh myself on the dog scale- lol. It tends to be more accurate then my home scale~
Yeah, definetly get the book so you know why you are eating what your eating.

Good luck!! I am in induction, also. The atkins website will give you the list of foods you can eat until you get the book. I ordered it off Ebay and am waiting for it to arrive. This has been a huge help, too!! You CAN do it!!!!
