I am about on my 5th week now. Feeling better than ever. I am almost 1/2 way to my goal, but don't know if I can get to it because of the muscle mass I have grown. I have been running, walking and lifting religiously. The weight loss is just half of it, the toning has been incredible. I have lost 2-3 inches on my waist. The biggest thing of all is how good I feel and the energy that I have. I hope that everyone experiences it as I have.
