Hi...I was just wondering what kinds of foods everyone ate on induction...I am still feeling my way around this stuff. Can someone post maybe a day's menu while doing Induction?

Here is what I usually had
Breakfast: 2 or 3 egg omlette with 3 sausage links and one cheese slice (or 4 bacon strips)
Lunch: 1 1/2 cups lettuce with one ounce cheese and tuna or chicken with 2 tablespoons Ken's Bleu cheese dressing
Dinner: Steak or hamberger fried with one cup mushrooms. then I would have one cup broccolli or asparagus, or cauliflower. I think broccolli is on the one cup list, but will have to check the book.
Please make sure you measure everything!! It makes a difference. It also really helps to have a fitday account.
