I understand! I had a bottle of FiberChoice that I was using at the beginning, because I hate wasting anything. But once I really looked at the label, I decided to put in the cupboard until I can afford more carbs.
Be careful with psyllium husks capsules too - I found that they sometimes can back me up!! Seems odd, but true. I had to lower the amount I was taking, and rely more on getting fiber from veggies. Just listen to your body - it will lead you down the right path!
