Hello! I keep trying to start but my willpower stinks. I did so good today(my 2nd day) and just an hour ago I mindlessly ate a banana
. WHY!? So............. I'm going to start again tomorrow. Question: Is it a good idea to prepare your meals ahead of time....like for the entire week? Oh BTW, I'm 34, 5'6 and I weigh about 215 lbs. I would like to get down to at least 180, but 170 would be my ultimate goal/desire. Heck, I'd just like to get under 200!!! Do any of you have any tips for me? Is diet soda bad? Will drinking diet soda hinder my progress? Should I just drink water? What are some good snack ideas? During Introduction should I just try to avoid ANY carbs or just keep it under 20? BTW, this site is awesome!! A great source of inspiration imo!

Read the book, number one. Exercise 4-5 days per week (any exercise at all, find something you enjoy). Drink water, (and only water). Rule of thumb is half of your body weight in pounds, drink that many fl. oz. of water each day.
