Hi everyone!
I'm a 29 year old (actually thirtysomething) married gal and mom who is on her second week of atkins. So far so good. Before Atkins I was feeling so bad that when I woke up in the morning my legs ached so badly I could barely stand up. I had to hold onto the furniture in order to get myself to the bathroom. But.... after just two or three days on this diet I feel a ton better. I have about 100 lbs to lose but I don't have a scale so I'm not sure. I will be going scale shopping this weekend. But I'm wearing a size 22 pants and 22/24 top. I have a lot to lose and I'm looking for friends to laugh with as I shrink my way down to a size 10? Anyway.... It's nice to meet all of you.

Also I just found a way to tell if I am in ketosis. I walk up to one of my friends and say "HHHHHHHHEEEELLLLOOOO" right in their face and really heavy on the "H" If their legs buckle and they pass out I know;
