Hello people, its time i share "my story"
in 2001 i was 315 pounds and 19 years old. My dad a doctor put me on a super low cal diet after some scary panick attacks. Long story short in 7 months i dropped 95 pounds. And suffered for every pound lost. I kept at that weight for one year. by 2003 i was 285 again.3 weeks ago i sat at 360 :-(
TOday after 2.7 weeks of atkins i am 338, so im making progress. And i have sworn to myself to stick to atkins. I was down to 322 a few months ago but had gained it all back when i fell off the wagon. I am a young newly married business owner and have alot to live for. Everyone who knows and loves me wants me to lose formy health. I do too.
This is my story and my struggle. Herse an example of a daily diet.
Breakfast an advantage shake, or bar.
Lunch either a ribeye and salad or wings and an omelette.
Dinner everynight is 2 low carb tortila pizzas with onion and pepperoni. Nice and crispy. This is my staple every night.
