Hi everyone. I am a bit discouraged and need some help (from the ladies, especially) I am on the 10th day of induction and have made great progress. I've gone from 143.5 to 134.5. Is it normal for weight to fluctuate up and down a little? I haven't cheated and have been following like I should with what I've done so far but today the scale says 136. That bums me out. (not to the point that I want to quit, though
) Also, does water weight from my period have anything to do with that? I should start in a day or two and if that's what it is, that's OK with me. I won't even look at the scale until it's all over with. Any replies would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to be discouraged for nothing. Thanks!

The scale is not your friend at this time of the month. Anything can make you retain water, such as eating too much salt so no one can say what is causing the gain. But, if your TOM is close, then just avoid the scale. All will go back to normal soon enough. You are doing everything right! Stay strong!!!
