Dang!! I was PLEASANTLY suprised at the website with the recipies, they ALL look really yummy and there's SO MANY!!

See, you CAN have wonderful food! Try the mock-a-foni and cheese, it's made with cauliflower and you will love it!

I'm back!! Had a great Holiday Vacation in TX and I have OFFICIALLY started today.. not too bad, but Im thinking it might be tomorrow. THANK YOU for all the birthday wishes!! It was nice to know that I was thought of!!! Sure is different to say "twenty four" instead of "twenty three"

You can go to tickerfactory.com They have tickers there. You make your weightloss ticker, copy the code beginning with url (i believe) and come back to ADBB. Then you can click the quick links to edit signature. You then just paste the code into the signature place, and preview it to make sure it works. When you like what you see just save it, and voila!
