My name is Cara. I've done Atkins a few times now but never seem to stick with it for more then a month. I see the results but for some reason or another I quit, just when I really get going
I am bound and determined to make it to my goal weight of 160 this time around. Today I'm weighing in at 195. I'm 5 ft 7 in tall and most of my weight is distributed evenly, in fact, most people say I don't look 195 but I FEEL 195!!! My youngest is now 6 yrs old so there's no more "I just had a baby excuse" I've been reading these threads for a few days now to get some inspiration and it really works. I'm going to start incorporating more exercise now that I'm five days into it, really that's the key to losing the weight.
