    Incidentally... you can also make cauliflower rice when the cauliflower is raw... just shred it on the big holes of a grater, then microwave it with a tablespoon of water for just a couple of mins. Oh... and a bit of salt, of course.

    Probably comes out the same as shredding it cooked, but could be a useful alternative depending on what you want to do with it afterwards.

        Hey Mary, thank you so much for mentioning my name in your posts.....I'm glad you like that site! I've scanned pretty much everything there.....and I'm always amazed!! I love the fact that there are pictures of the different foods too...try the Korean Beef (Bulgogi) to die for....especially over the Cauliflower Rice....it works well with the Chicken too!
