    Yeah, Scooterjam, I wondered if I am eating enough. Maybe more for breakfast. Lunch was "just right". Dinner...?? Maybe I should add a little more protein. Oh yeah, I forgot I also had 12 cashews for snack between lunch and dinner.

    12, yeah, counted em. a whole portion is 24 pieces.

    In Curves I learned that you have to eat enough if you're going to burn stored fuel. Maybe I need to eat more, like you say. When I look at the list of what I ate, it really doesn't seem like much, now that you mention it.

    But I"M NOT HUNGRY and I FEEL ENERGETIC.... ?????
