I AM READING THE BOOK. I DID ATKINS BEFORE AND LOST 40 POUNDS JUST FOLLOWING THE WEBSITE BUT I WENT BACK TO MY OLD WAYS AND PUT ON ABOUT 65 POUNDS NOW. THIS TIME I AM READING THE BOOK. I TURN 30 IN JULY. I HAVE TO LOSE A TOTAL OF 80 POUNDS TO REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT. I WOULD LIKE TO TRY TO LOSE 50 BY JULY ( IS THIS UNREALISTIC). i WILL BE DRINKING A LOTTTT OF WATER AND PLAN NOT TO CHEAT AT ALL. I WILL ALSO BE EXERCISING EVERYDAY ( MAYBE 1 DAY OFF) . I HAVE A HUGE EVENT TO GO TO MEMORIAL DAY SO I HOPE TO LOSE A LOT BY THEN AS WELL.
