Re: New to Atkins - can we do it? YES WE CAN!!

Glad that all went well on your trip to sydney, sometimes just pampering our self is enough for us to be happy and relaxed.....a long bath and a early night in bed!!!....that sounds awsome!! Do you know what i long for? to sleep in at least till about 11am.....i haven't slept in like that sice i had Zach. He's up by 7.00/7.30 and if we're still in bed he makes sure to wake us up...
but his mood is sooooo sweet in the morning that he manages to put a smile on my grumpy morning face..LOL
FITDAY.....I know my way around on a PC and am quite IT literate.......but believe me i have tried to use fitday about 3 times now and i get really frustrated as i dont find it to be so straight forward......i have been meaning to give it another chance cause i think that i am not eating eough calories too, but how can we put our body into startvation when i am eating much more that i ever did before. i'll give FITday another chance.....I'll let you know how it goes.
Now about the veggie challenge, yes i noticed that you did not make it, all you needed was a few more veggies in for the day but you did very good too, it was not that easy. My DH helped me alot through that challenge, and i was also saved from an avocado a few times he he
OK i need to get a few chores done and than its excercise time.....after tonight i will make sometime for Fitday.....!!
