Hello everyone. I am both new to the Atkins diet and to this site

I am going away to college soon and I am looking to lose a lot of weight. I have been so big and unhealthy for so long and it's time to make a change.
I couldn't find much info on the Atkins diet (just eating low carb food and the ketosis thing), but I am looking for:
-What kind of exercise should I be doing to be more effective? (I was thinking bike riding)
-List of foods I can't eat
-List of foods I can eat.
-Can I eat salad no dressing or anything just raw..with maybe some chicken strips from McDonalds (I was under the impression I need meat).. for 14 days to enter ketosis/induction?
-Where can I find a guide for this?
