    OK...I'm not back as in back to the boards...as in back on Atkins!!

    I'll add a picture tomorrow...need to find the latest.

    Ohh...I've lost 4 lbs in 3 days!! Things are going really well for me!!

        Hello Donna,

        Why not check out the STAC (second time around forum) it is a great place to start out your day. It's for those of us, myself included, that have strayed into the dark, only to find ourselves back in the light again!!
