Well, I have always struggled with my weight..always binging on sugars once or twice every week and i mean A LOT of sugar in one sitting..i'd like to say because i am hypoglycemic but that is no excuse really. so recently i started a month long low fat diet with bunches of exercise (i am in the navy so it is kinda mandatory) and a month later i was hungry, bored of my diet, craving sweets like crazy, but nonetheless 8 pounds lighter. I went home on leave and RUINED it...giving into my family's high carb lifestyle that left me binging binging binging. my mom told me about the atkins diet and i bought the book and started right away. 4 days later, thinking that i could still have asparatame in my diet drinks and gum and not realizing that it caused me cravings, i gave into my sweet tooth again...so here i am..back and ready to go BY THE BOOK. no asparatame, plently of water and help from this board. I can use plenty of support and i have bunches of questions so be ready for them all lol!!!
