  • restarting with the new year

    Im back and i need alot of help and support i got board with the
    same foods and i need advice on variety, im going to make this
    new year a dream come true and need u to help me get thru, for
    the last time, i know i can do it with the help and support i have
    read and seen before and after pics and u people who have done
    this makes me think i can win to........i want this year to be a
    healthy and wonderful year full of new clothes and energy, please
    help and guide me along the way..............i will post my beginning
    pictures soon and my progress along the way.............thanks and
    i will help u where i can.............................jessica

    welcome to the board

    read and reread your DANDR keep the acceptable food lists form chapter 11 handy we have a template of them for you to copy off and make a wallwt size card in the induction section pinned at the top

        Glad you found us!! You can do this!!! Read the book Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002...Everything you need to know is in that book. And if you need an answer fast..our forums are full up with answers... Check out the FAQ's and the Induction forum...Lots of help and support here!!

          Hi Jessica! Welcome to ha !!

          May 2005 bring you health and energy via your following of the Atkins WOE. I hope you find this place as supportive as I have. Check out the FAQ's Forum here (I learned a lot of things I hadn't even thought of yet in that forum), and make sure you ask any questions you might have. There are a number of great successful Atkineer success stories floating around here that inspire me on a daily basis. I hope they do you as well.

              Hi, Maries! I have found this board is a great source of information and especially practical advice during those "I wanna eat something and will blow it" times. When it happens, log on and read the board.

                thanks everybody for the tips and support so far, this is wonderfull
                i will check the forum out, and hope i can get more ideas of variety..
                i woke up this morning and logged on right away im excited and i
                know with this kind of help i can do this.............thanks so much...

                  im doing wonderfull so far, no cheating only problem is headaches..
                  today was the first day with out one.............im starting exercise
                  videos tomorrow morning and i will see if that makes a difference
                  with the headaches............is this the induction flu im feeling? tried
                  some new recipies and i loved them...................thanks everyone
                  for your information, did help alot..............keep me going ..jessica

                    Certainly sounds like Induction flu. Keep your water up and exercising and the withdrawal symptoms should leave soon. You are doing well with the resistance to the cheats. Keep it up.

                          Welcome to the ADBB. Everyone here is very friendly and supportive. Read the book, exercise, take supplements and drink water...you are sure to see amazing results. I've been doing Atkins for 10 months now and it is the best thing I've ever done for myself.

                              im 9 days cheat free and feel great.....................
                              i will be weighing my self today .........lol .........
                              i tried a new breakfast gravy with sasuage and
                              cream cheese has anyone tried it yet? it only has
                              2 carbs in it and no flour its wonderful....need the
                              ingred... ask and i will post for u .....
