Hello there, this is my second time around on Atkins and the first time worked a treat for years............I lost 15kilos and it stayed off until I quit smoking last year .....Now I'm back to 73kg again and hoping to lose the weight forever. However 3 weeks ago i started and when I weighed myself at the end of induction I had lost all of 1 kilo......I was devastated and couldn't understand as I was rigid...until i came accross the threads about frankenfood.....i had been having an Atkins Bar or 2 every day. So Yesterday i stopped and already am getting the ketosis taste in my mouth...
