I'm a 21 year old Australian who has been on the Atkins Diet for a year now. Although i'm on OWL..... i dont really eat more than 25 carbs a day (some days up to 35??? but not often).
Over the past few months i've started to put on weight - about 4kg in total... which is 8.81849 lb according to an online converter
I contribute this to my love of almonds and coffee 
I'm embarking on a holiday to Japan with my boyfriend in October and have decided to go back onto induction to lose the 4kg before i leave(because i KNOW i'll be eating over my carb intake on my holiday).
I'm worried it will be hard for me, because my body hasn't really fallen out of a ketosis like state....so it will be hard to lose! Anyway, this forum is GREAT and I look forward to picking your brains on my journey
