The fat is very important. There's no way to eat low carb and low fat at the same time. I bet when you up the fat, you will start losing again. What kind of fats and amounts do you eat daily? Mayo on your tuna? Olive oil on the veggies? Full fat salad dressing? That's the way to eat fat and lose weight!

Do you use www.fitday.com to track your food intake? it will help you with the percentages. Protein should be constant at 30% (+/- a few), fat should be at about 60-65% with the rest carbs. When you plug in your food, it automatically tells you what the percentages are.

aren't these little faces just the coolest??!!
oh and its the only one i have found that has no sugar!
I live in the city now so there is no chance of me coming into contact with them
