    I agree with Silly. You need to spend some time in OWL to learn how various foods affect you, and to find your CCLL (critical carb level for losing).
    Congrats on your four lb loss. That's great, considering you don't have much to lose. The average induction loss is between 5% and 10% of the total weight you need to lose. You're doing great!
    Congrats also on your running!
