Hi everyone!
I'm new to the forum, but very well acquainted with the Atkins WOE. I've been on this sugar-induced roller coaster for years now, and am looking (again) to make a lasting change. Today is day 9 of induction, and I'm looking forward to making my way back up those rungs again - STAT!
Today was to be my weigh-day, one full week since my last (yes, I lost 5 lbs. in my first 2 days - talk about water retention!!!), but until I bite the bullet and buy my own scale (something I've kept out of my home all these years on basic principle), I'll be weighing-in on an as-needed basis. Frankly, I'm feeling so good right now, a newer number is not going to do much to change that (unless the progress is discouraging).
So, let the adventure begin! I'm deliriously happy to be over the worst of my sugar cravings and ready to take on the world.
Who's with me?
