    Hey Sweetie, remember this, it's not a race or a quick fix plan. It is most definately not a 'diet' It's a way of life. It's adjusting your daily habits and eating better. Putting aside all those foods that trigger weight gain in folks. You only have 12 pounds to lose, you are doing wonderfully! Just focus on the big picture and I promise you will have success.

    Here are some other threads and links you may find help to get the wheel in motion. The intial step of moving that wheel is all you need, these links will keep to keep building up the momentum!
