I did atkins about 5 years ago and lost 25lbs. However, i was ignorant and went back to heavy carb eating. I have yo-yo dieted for the past 5 years, gaining 25lbs, then losing it, gaining it, then losing it. I am determined this time around to make Atkins a lifestyle change. I hope that in finding this forum, it will be helpful in this process.

WElcome to the board and back to this WoL.
It's so much easier to not go back to the high carbs when you work your way up the rungs (you know, the way the book says that 97% of us ignored the first time we did it).
