    I hear that. You probably need to eat more food so you stay fuller longer. I don't know what type of eater you are. I happen to be a grazer so I kind of eat all day. I prepare lots of everything so I always have leftovers. Chicken Legs, chicken salad, hard boiled eggs, cheeses, deli meats etc. String Cheese in individual packs are great as they don't go bad, stash some in your bag when you leave in the morning.

    So to strenthten your mind, eat plenty of legal foods. Pretty soon your head will adjust to your new eating habits and you'll be good to go!

      Yep... I agree with Silly, try eating just that little bit more. Also, keep those legal snacks (high fat)with you so that you don't get starved and energy-less.
