Since January of this year I converted to a vegatarian eating plan and have been sticking to it - I lost 50 lbs but gained 10 back because I started having binging weekends that used to be only Saturdays ended up being 3-4 days per week
I can't seem to control it. I am not a true vegan and I miss meat, eggs and cheese too much. I love eating veggies also. My coworker has been on Atkins the past month and I drool over the food he brings with him to eat for lunch. So here I am.
I have been reading over the forums here and I am just truly impressed over the tight knit community I have seen and there are veterans here which makes this woe seem like a good one!
