      Welcome StarlightGoddess

I'm so happy you are experiencing good feelings already on this WOE. It only gets better. The boost in energy has been amazing for me. I was a frequent napper before ATKINS, but now I go all day working, and running around all evening without stopping.

You don't really need a scale. You will notice your clothes getting looser as you drop the inches. Maybe you can weigh yourself at a friend's house or if you go by the doctor office, they are good about allowing people to weigh.

I started March 2004 with 285 pounds. This WOE really does work. Read the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book edition 2002, drink lots of water, take supplements to keep your body working properly, and exercise. You will continue to feel great and lose the excess pounds.
      Starting Date 3/12/04 285/165/145 - F

Dedication gives wings to our dreams and keeps them in flight! In One Word...COMMITTMENT.
