    Hey there, stop bringing yourself down...you will get there, this WOE is fab and the guys and gals on here are truly the best supportive friends that you will ever have or need. we have all been failures and we are now all succeeding.

      Hello and welcome to you. I have been in the intro for almost a month so I guess I don't take failuer to seriously either. I have finally lost 1.5 lbs. I have been trying to do it by myself so I went and got the new Atkins book, hope that will be more to me. Just hang in there, that is what I am doing, If it takes me 3 months to get through the intro period I will be better off in the long run so Here I go, day by day . One of my goals is to go to "Family Camp" next summer with my children and grandchildren. I have a very close reationship with them and they want me to go so I am going to try to do what it takes to hang with them. I am a young grannie or rather Granna as they call me. Hope you have a wonderful story to tell. Linda

      Hello Everyone, not sure where I have surfaced but at least I am somewhere. When I first joined I wasn't sure of what to put but now I hope I know a little more . I want to be in the Christmas Chanlenge and hope to meet my goal head on
      I want to lose 30lb total and have lost a few but I am strugling with the same 3 back and forth, going to hange it . I want to ware a size 12 and be able to go shopping and have more fun by finding things that do look good on me. Thanks to everyone who has helped me. Linda
