36 Y-OLD and new to this forum

  • 36 Y-OLD and new to this forum

    I am 36 6ft3 and weigh 220lbs. i am trying this diet to kickstart my metabolism. i have been running for a couple of months and i have hit the wall. trying to change things up a little. on my 2nd day and boy do i see carbs every where from tv shows to the fridge.

    Hi I just joined yesterday so I'm a newbie also. The carb thing should get easier for you just give it some time. I hope this works for you. Good luck. Oh yeah drink lots of water.

      Hey whatevrpal. Funny how when we're not carb conscious we just fall for the commercial and go by whatever. Now, you recognize it! I hope you're not seeing carbs in your fridge! If so, give them away immediately.

      You might want to go check out the exercise forum. There are a ton of runners over there that can help guide you in metabolism type things!

            Yep... those darn carbs are everywhere... but rest easy; you soon become blind to them.
