I'm in the UK, 42, a single mum and work from home.
My weight has always yo-yoed, I'd gain alot of weight then spend a year losing it then piling it all back on again etc
. So far, I've lost about 20 pounds through sheer hard work at the gym (when time permits) but my biggest vice is food. I love food!.
I know this thread is just for introductions so I'll head over to another thread and start asking questions, please be gentle with me, my book is still in the mail! (Amazon is getting slower everytime I order from them
