Good afternoon!
Yes, I have decided to get back off the wagon after falling off and having the wagon run me over!!
In 2001, I lost 73 pounds in 7 months. So I know this life style works. I "cheated" on a meal, then that became a day, then it was a weeks, then months, and now I realize that it has been years. I "found" all the weight, plus some more in the meantime.
I am at my heaviest that I have ever been in my life and soooo ready to change it. I am married to my hubby (16 years on 12-27 - Woo Hoo) and we have 5 kiddos ranging in ages from almost 15 - 19 months. We have a pretty active lifestyle ~ ok, the kids do, I usually sit in the car for hours, driving them everywhere. Four of our children play soccer, so it get quite hectic.
I was gonna wait until the first of the year...but I can't. I went to the gym last night and walked 1.43 miles and felt alive ~ for the first time in a long time.
But first, some questions, can I expect to lose a good amount of weight again? Does 90 pounds seem unreasonable in 7-8 months? Last time I didn't exercise, this time I am....
Please let me know what you think....I am ready to do this.....

but I'm taking it in small steps so that I can maintain this way of eating and not fall off again (this is my 3rd go around... each time I had great success [half-way to goal] and then just started eating white stuff [and gaining]!). It would be great for you to lose your weight quickly, but then you may find that you haven't really explored the rungs to learn what you can eat without gaining. Then... next thing you know you're on induction again.
