    LOL I already responded to your post about making the fudge! You learned a great lesson! Keep up the good work and you'll tell those pounds of fat goodbye in no time at all. Commit to an exercise program that fits your condition and you'll be trim and fit in no time at all. No matter what physical challenges you have, there is something you can do to move your body.

      Look for the 20/24 Challenge coming up in the next few weeks. It's a challenge where you commit to a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise in one 24 hour period! Easy peasy!

        How many days a week? I need a challenge which lets me have at least one day complete rest per week. Maybe two days a week. My challenge has been to find the fine line between doing too little and too much.
