  • Hi there! I am FAT and New to Atkins.

I have 55 pounds to lose. OMG. It is so overwhelming.

The folks on this forum are great. I've been reading and reading...and if you all can do it...there is NO reason why I can't. I am what one would call a food addict. I gorge. From reading, I know there must be a ton of trigger foods.

I am going to try and start one of those ticker things so I can SEE every little half pound come off.

I look forward to joining you on this LIFELONG journey.

    Nancy

                              Good Morning!

You are ALL so great! Such caring folks. AND... such incredible success stories! Thank you.

                              I have a few questions...

I am eating LOTS of tuna fish salad and egg salad that I make myself...but it has alot of mayo in it. Yesterday, for example, I ate a pound of tuna salad and a pound of egg salad...and steak for dinner. I am also still drinking my needed coffee with spenda and creme. Is this OK? I look forward to hearing your answers as these are the foods that are the easiest for me to enjoy.

Don't laugh...but I also eat 3 eggs for breakfast. Am I eating too much?

                              Waiting with hungry (baited) breath.
